Q. How do I reserve my rental?
Fill out our contact form and we will send over detailed rental information within 24 hours. If you do not receive the information, please check your spam folder.
Q. How much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all rentals with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
Q. Can I customize my package?
Certainly! While our packages page lists the general pricing, rest assured that we offer a wide range of services that can be tailored to your specific requirements. These services can be mixed and matched to create a customized package that perfectly aligns with your needs.
Q. What backdrops do you offer?

Will an attendant be there the whole time?
Certainly We're there every step of the way to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire process with our Luxe or Glam Booth.
Are you insured?
Our insurance is licensed to protect up to $1,000,000, and we can furnish a copy for your venue.
Q. I don't want to use the booth until after dinner/my program/etc. but I want you to set up before my guest arrive. What should I do?
For just $50, our team can set up before your event starts during idle time. This allows us to ensure everything is prepared and ready to go for a seamless experience!
Q. How much space is required for set up?
8x8 square feet of space is required for a complete set up of the booth, backdrop, and props.
What kind of props do you have?
Adding props to an event makes it so much fun! At our events, we offer top-notch high-quality props. We provide an array of hand-held sign props made by the world's BEST manufacturers. Not sure which props to choose? Our team will help you handpick a collection that best suits the theme of your event.
Q. How does it work?
Our team will handle the delivery and setup of your Audio Guestbook before your event. Once your event is over, we'll swoop back in and gather it for you. No fuss. No hassle. Just a seamless experience for you and your guests to cherish.
Q. How do my guests record messages?
Your guests simply pick up the receiver and listen to the message. After the tone, guests record the message, and hang up the receiver.
Q. How will I get the messages?
We will send a link to your messages within 24 business hours of picking up the phone from your event.
Q. Do you provide signage for the audio guestbook?
Yes, we provide a 8x10 acrylic sign for the audio guestbook.
Q. What size are the walls?
All flower walls are approximately 8x8 ft.
Q. Can I rent a flower wall without renting a photo booth?
Certainly! You can rent flower walls separately from photo booth rentals.
Q. Can I hang a sign on the wall?
While a sign can be hung from the wall, nothing can be directly affixed to it. To attach the sign, we will make use of fishing line and S hooks.
Q. How long is the flower wall rental?
Our walls are available for full-day rental at a flat rate. Share your preferred setup and pick-up times, and we'll take care of the rest!
Q. Can you set up outside?
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept any rentals for outdoor flower walls.
